NatWest

NatWest is one of the UK’s leading banks, however the brand and estate had fallen behind its competitors who had learnt from the retailers they sat next to on the high street. The challenge: remove the austere, institutional approach to banking and future proof it for the coming years. The answer: a fresh palette replaced the existing black and white, a new approach to imagery injected personality, whilst the distinctive typeface, designed by The Foundry, was retained. Interiors were redesigned to make them warm and inviting and adhere to disability standards. Following the rebrand NatWest sat comfortably on the high street as a serious bank that welcomed its visitors and removed any fear of going to the bank.
